摘要
利用超临界CO2萃取省沽油籽,进行L9(33)正交试验,并将萃取得到油进行皂化、甲酯化,用GC-MS进行分析.结果显示超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺条件为:压力25 MPa、温度50℃、时间2 h,萃取产率达到18.7%.采用GC-MS分析确认了22种成分,主要为亚油酸(50.102%)、油酸(19.147%)、亚麻酸(12.316%)、棕榈酸(7.936%)、硬脂酸(3.767%).
The Staphylea bumalda seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid technology,orthogonal experiments design methods L9(33) were applied,and the oil was saponified and methylated,then analyzed by GC-MS method.The results indicated that the optimum pressure,temperature and extraction time were: 25MPa,50 ℃ and 2 h.Under this condition,the extraction percentage of seed oil was 18.7%.22 higher fatty acids in seed oil were identified,the main components were linoleic acid(50.102%),oleic acid(19.147%),linolenic acid(12.316%),hexadecanoic acid(7.936%),and octadecanoic acid(3.767%).
