改性大豆皮吸附剂制备条件的确定及吸附Cu(Ⅱ)性能的研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用NaOH溶胀大豆皮中的纤维素,然后与柠檬酸发生酯化反应,能大大增强大豆皮对金属离子如Cu2+的吸附,结果表明,在柠檬酸浓度为0.6 mol/L,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为70℃时吸附率最高,平衡吸附铜离子量由未处理大豆皮的1.36 mg/g提高到5.63 mg/g,吸附率提高了71%. The Cu^2+ binding capacity of the soybean hulls in which the cellulose was swelled with NaOH and esterified with citric acid(CA) could be improved greatly.Soybean hulls modified with citric acid concentrations(0.6 mol/L) at 70 ℃ for 4 h,the copper ion adsorption capacity is the best,the adsorption capacities of the CA-modified hulls was 5.63 mg/g,which was much higher than that of unmodified hulls(1.36 mg/g),the adsorption rate for Cu2+ increased 71%.
