摘要
利用适度酸解和醇沉技术研究制备低相对分子质量琼脂糖的工艺;并制得3个低相对分子质量琼脂糖:S2-1、S2-2、S2-3,相对分子质量分别是9 162,5 700,3 095.并对3组分进行降血糖效果研究.其中S2-3的高剂量组分降糖效果显著.
The low molecular weight agarose was prepared by acid hydrolysis and ethanol deposition technology.Three kinds of low molecular weight agarose which named as S2-1、S2-2、S2-3 were prepared and their molecular weight were 9 162,5 700,3 095.The decrease effect of three kinds of agarose on the blood sugar were studied.The results showed that S2-3 could decrease the blood sugar remarkably.
