摘要
实验室筛选到的枯草芽孢杆菌C119对某些革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌及真菌均有抑制作用.研究发现芽孢杆菌C119所产细菌素在硫酸铵质量分数为25%的条件下能较好的分离;对温度和pH的稳定性较高;对蛋白酶的抗性较弱;对有机溶剂的稳定性较低.
Bacillus subtilis C119 demonstrated a broad spectrum of anti-microbial activity against some Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-ositive bacteria,and some fungi.The bacteriocin of Bacillus C119 could be isolated with 25% ammonium sulfate solution;It's temperature and pH stability is high;It's resistance to protease is low;It's stability in organic solvents is low.
