摘要
以2-氯-4-硝基苯酚为原料,经还原反应合成2-氯-4-氨基苯酚,再与全氟甲基乙烯基醚加成3-氯-4-[1,1,2-三氟-2-(三氟甲氧基)乙氧基]苯胺;将2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺与草酰氯酰化合成2,6-二氯苯甲酰异氰酸酯,再与3-氯-4-[1,1,2-三氟-2-(三氟甲氧基)乙氧基]苯胺加成得到杀虫剂双苯氟脲,总收率为68.9%.
2-chloro-4-aminophenol was synthesized from 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol by reduction reaction,afterwards the addition reaction with perfluoro-vinyl-perfluoro-methyl ether was conducted to synthesize 3-chloro-4-[1,1,2-trifluoro2-(trifluoromethoxy)-ethoxy]aniline.An acylation reaction based on 2,6-difluorobenzamide and oxalyl dichloride was carried out to produce 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate,afterwards the addition reaction with 3-chloro-4-[1,1,2-trifluoro2-(trifluoromethoxy)-ethoxy]aniline was conducted to synthesize insecticide Novaluron. The overall yield was 68.9%.
