高血压患者血小板参数变化及降压治疗对其影响

Changes of platelet parameters in primary hypertension patients and effect of anti-hypertension therapy on parameters

目的探讨高血压患者血小板4项参数的变化及降压治疗对高血压患者血小板参数的影响。方法采用全血细胞自动分析仪检测32位正常对照者与37名原发性Ⅰ级高血压患者治疗3周前后血压和血小板4项参数指标:血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT),统计分析其数据变化。结果高血压时,血小板4项参数均有不同程度增高,降压治疗后,4项指标都有相应回落。结论降压治疗能降低PLT、PCT、MPV与PDW,改善血压升高所致的前血栓状态。

[Objective] To study changes of 4 platelet parameters in primary hypertension patients and discuss the effect of anti-hypertension therapy on the parameters. [Methods] In this trial, 32 healthy people and 37 patients with primary hypertension grade Ⅰ were recruited. Blood pressure and 4 platelet parameters： platelet count （PLT）, mean platelet volume （MPV）, platelet distribution width （PDW） and platelet hematocrit （PCT） were compared between healthy people and hypertension patients, and were also compared before and after 3 weeks of anti-hypertension therapy; the 4 platelet parameters were performed by the whole blood automatic analysis apparatus. [Results] The 4 platelet parameters were increased in hypertension patients compared with healthy people and decreased after anti-hypertension therapy. [Conclusion] Anti-hypertension therapy can reduce PLT, PCT ,MPV and PDW of platelets, and ameliorate the pre-thrombus state of hypertension.
