隐匿性中耳炎的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and therapy of masked otiris media

目的探讨隐匿性中耳及乳突炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法总结17例隐匿性中耳乳突炎的手术治疗经验。结果17例病人经详细的病史和影像学检查获得确诊,给予相对保守的手术治疗,均获得令人满意的疗效。结论对于可疑的隐匿性中耳乳突炎病人,要注意详细收集病史,辅以必要的检查,颞骨薄层CT等影像学检查是主要的诊断方法;多数病人需手术治疗,要注意掌握手术时机,减少并发症。

[Objective] To determine the diagnosis and therapy of masked otitis media and mastoiditis. [Methods] We reviwed the courses of diagnosis and therapy of 17 patients with masked otitis media and mastoiditis. [Results] The cases were diagnosed by detailed history and image examinations, and treated with relatively conservative operations or non-operative methods, and the curative effects were satisfactory. [Conclusion] Detailed history and essential image examinations, such as computer tomography scanning of temporal bone, are important for the suspected patients of masked otitis media and mastoiditis. Most cases need operative therapy in time to reduce complications, and relatively conservative therapeutic methods are preferable.
