摘要
测量了硫酸介质中Ge在硅胶上的分配比及Ga、Cu、Zn在硅胶上的吸附。研究了硫酸浓度、Ga浓度及原始溶液中Ge载体量对Ge分配比的影响。实验结果表明:用10mm×30mm硅胶柱,上柱料液为50mL0.4μg/mLGe-0.28mol/LGa-9mol/LH2SO4溶液,淋洗液为30mL9mol/LH2SO4,流速为0.85mL/cm2·min时,Ge的穿透率为0.39%,Ga、Cu、Zn的去污系数分别为1.8×106、5.0×106、2.6×106。
In order to extract 68 Ge from the solution of the gallium target bombarded by proton by adsorption on silica gel,the distribution coefficient of germanium and adsorption ratio of gallium,copper,zinc in sulphuric acid are determined.Based on the relationships of the distribution coefficient of germanium with the concentration of germanium,sulphuric acid and gallium in the initial solution,0 4 μg/mL germanium 0 28 mol/L gallium 9 mol/L sulphuric acid are selected to be the optimal composition of the raw material solution.Then the results of a seperation process are determined,in which,the φ 10 mm×30 mm silica gel column is used as the adsorption column, 50 mL as the volumn of the raw material solution,30 mL 9 mol/L sulphuric acid as the eluent,and 0 85 mL/cm 2·min as the flow rate.The breakthrough of germanium in this process is 0 39%,and the decontamination factor of 72 Ga, 64 Cu, 65 Zn on silica gel is 1 8×10 6,5 0×10 6,2 6×10 6 respectively.
