锁定接骨板内固定治疗桡骨远端C型骨折 被引量：3

The Observation on Internal Fixation of Locking Bonding Plate for the Fractures of the Distal Type-C Radius

摘要 目的探讨切开复位锁定接骨板内固定治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的手术时机和临床效果。方法对25例桡骨远端C型骨折患者采用切开复位锁定接骨板内固定治疗。结果术后随诊6～15个月,平均9个月。参照改良的Shea等[1]评定标准,优9例,良13例,中2例,差1例,优良率为88%。结论切开复位锁定接骨板内固定是治疗桡骨远端C型骨折较为理想的方法。锁定接骨板能为骨折端提供早期的稳定性,避免对局部血供的破坏,有利于骨折愈合及腕关节功能的恢复。 Objective To discuss the operation time and efficacy of internal frxation of locking bonding plate for the distal type-C radius fracture. Methods 25 cases with distal type-C radius fracture were treated with open reduction and locking bonding plate. Results The follow-up time was 6-15 months,average 9 months. According to the criteria of Shea＇s,9 cases were excellent, good （13cases）,mediate（2cases）,worse（lcases）. The effective rate was 88%. Conclusion It is a good way in treating distal type-C radius with internal fixation of locking bonding plate.
