摘要
运用有机改性剂胶束电动色谱,在PH=8.0的磷酸盐和硼砂,十二烷基硫酸钠缓冲体系中加入乙腈14%(V/V),操作电压12kV时,咖啡因、苯巴比妥、扑热息痛、非那西丁、安替比林得到了很好分离。将本法用于实际药品的分析,其结果与标示量一致。
A method was developed for separation and determination of caffeine, phenobarbi- tal, acetaminophen, phenacetin and antipyrine by modified micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. Good separation of these five substances was achieved, using a 14% (V/V) acetonitrile in sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar solution (pH 8.0) and a 0.075 mm (in- side diameter)×500 mm(length) fused silica capillary at 12 kV applied voltage. The deter- mination results obtained by this method were in good agreement with the claimed values.
