摘要
研究了异硫氰酸异鲁米诺的电致化学发光性质及其反应机理。在KOH-KCl-H2O2(pH11.8)介质中,施加三角波脉冲电压使异硫氰酸异鲁米诺产生较强的电致化学发光,其浓度在2.5×10-11~1.0 × 10-7mol/L范围与发光强度成线性关系,检测限为6.2×10-12mol/L.重复10次测定5.0×10-9mol/L异硫氰酸异鲁米诺溶液,相对标准偏差为3.0%。方法用于测定Anti-AFP,取得满意结果。
The properties and mechanism of electrochemiluminescence (ELC) of isothio- cyanatoisoluminol(ITCI) have been studied in the medium of KOH-KCl-H2O2 (pH 1l.8) and under the condition of triangular wave potential. There is a linear relationship between the ECL emission intensity and the concentration of ITCI, the linear calibration range is 2.5×l0-11~1×10-7 mol/L and the detection limit is 6.2×10-l2 mol/L. The relative stan- dard deviation is 3.0% for 5.0×10-9 mol/L ITCI. This method has been used to detect An- ti-AFP with satisfactory results.
