摘要
二茂铁衍生物在四氢呋喃-甲醇-水三元溶剂系统中的保留符合Kowalska所提出的 物理化学保留模型1。但由于模型1没有考虑到化学计量问题,故其结果不够精确。本文在模 型1中引入粘度系数(或介电常数)来定量表示化学计量关系,得到明显优于模型1的模型 2。鉴于HPLC系统中常以logK’表示保留值,本文以logK’代替模型1、2中的Rf值,简化了 计算。
The retention values of ferrocene derivatives in THF-MeOH-H2O ternary solvent system were coinsided with the physico-chemical retention model 1 of Kowalska T. Howev- er, Model 1 does not consider the chemical stoichiometry and its conclusion is not so exact e- nough. Our work introduced viscosity coefficient (or dielectric constant) to express the quantitative chemical correlation, so we obtained Model 2 better than model l. Usually HPLC systems use logk' to stand for retention value. In this paper. logk' is used to stand for Rf values of Model 1 and 2 so as to simplify the calculation.
