摘要
提出了以重铬酸钾-铁氰化钾为氧化剂的铅氢化物发生氧化还原体系。采用连续氢化物发生器,对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定痕量铅的条件进行了研究。选定条件下,以0.2%硫氰酸钾-0.4%草酸为干扰抑制剂,测得铅的检出限为0.09μg/L,相对标准偏差(对0.1mg/L Pb,n=11)为 0.49%。对环境标准物质进行分析,结果令人满意。
In this paper,a method was proposed for hydride generation of lead using potassi- um dichromate-potassium ferricyanide as oxidant. The conditions for determination of trace lead hy ICP-AES with a continuous hydride generator were studied systematically. Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit and RSD of the method based on eleven determi- nations of 0.1 mg/L Pb were 0.09 μg/L and 0.49%, respectively. The effects of interfer- ences and their elimination were discussed. Potassium thiocyanate and oxalic acid were used to eliminate the interferences of coexisting elements. The method was applied to the analysis of the certified environmental reference samples for lead contents, and satisfactory results were obtained.
