摘要
伟大的无产阶级教育家徐特立同志长期从事教育工作,积累了丰富的教育教学经验,对教师工作和师道理论有深刻的认识和研究,主张提高教师的社会地位,以使其完成肩负的历史使命;坚持能者为师的择师标准,认为教师应具备品德高尚、勤奋学习、以身作则、懂教育科学的良好素质;在师生关系上坚持民主平等、相互学习、互相批评的新型关系;重视师资培训,主张教师既做经师又为人师。这些思想极大地丰富了我国师道理论宝库,至今仍极具借鉴意义。
Comrade XU Te-li, the great proletarian revolutionary educator, has long been engaged in educational work, and has accumulated rich experience in teaching. He had a deep understanding and study of teachers' work and the theory of being a teacher. He advocated raising teachers' social status to enable them to fulfill the historic mission. He insisted on the standard of choosing teachers that teachers should be persons of high moral character, study diligently, set an example, and understand education science. In the teacher-student relationship he upheld the new relationships of democracy and equality, mutual learning, mutual criticize. He attached great importance to teacher training and held the idea that teachers should be not only experienced. Such thoughts have greatly enriched the theory of China's theory of being a teacher, which are of highly significance for learning.
