摘要
在大学文化、企业文化、社区文化之间,存在一定的地域条件、文化的传播性质和各自的文化需求,它们始终处于双向互动状态。本文提出以大学文化为主导,以企业文化为手段,以社区文化为关键,学校、企业、社区三者有机结合,"大学人"、"企业人"、"社区人"三者相互认同,相互融通,资源共享,充分发挥各自育人的作用和效益,努力开创和谐育人环境。
Culture is the means to survival, which it is not only inheritedin innovation, but also the total at the exchange interaction. There is exist in relationships of geographical conditions, characters of culture spread and cultural needs among the university culture, business culture and community culture which remain two-way interactive state. This paper proposes the university-led, corporate culture as a carrier to the key cultural communities, schools, enterprises, communities organic combination of the three, "University" and "enterprise", "community" three mutual recognition, mutual pooling and sharing of resources, and full-fat educating people play their respective role and efficiency, and strive to create a harmonious environment for cultivating people.
