我国芸豆出口有望稳中有升

China＇s Export of Kidney Bean Expected to Go up Steadily

由于各国饮食习惯的差异，从我国进口芸豆品种也各不相同。黑芸豆一直居我国各芸豆品种出口数量首位，主要是古巴和委内瑞拉市场的大量需习之；奶花芸豆需求范围较广，印度和南非是主要进口国；白芸豆与奶花芸豆，需求国家较多，主要进口国有日本、菲律宾、罗马尼亚、土耳其及南非；红芸豆主要面向巴基斯坦、印度等国；深红芸豆侧重欧洲市场；花芸豆主要包括紫花及红花两种，出口量相对较少，主要出口到南美和巴基斯坦等市场。

China remains a major kidney bean producer and trader in the world. The major production areas are dispersed over the high and cold region in Northeast, North, Northwest and Southwest China. In recent years, China＇s export of kidney bean saw a rapid growth from 6 000 tons in 1980s to 540 000 tons in 2006, accounting for 20% of the world＇s total kidney bean trade. The export value of kidney bean amounted to 250 million US dollars, making up 71.4% of annual export value of minor bean crops, with export prices taking lead in grain crops. China＇s kidney bean production topped 800 000 tons, ranking 3rd with USA standing side by side in the world after India and Brazil. In 2007, the demand for kidney bean in international market was not diminished and China＇s kidney bean export is expected to go up steadily, though its export prices in 2007 were higher than those in 2006, but with strong Chinese currency to US dollar.
