2007年12月27日，中国食品土畜进出口商会五届一次常务理事会会议在北京召开，商会常务理事和常务理事单位代表共41人出席会议。会议审议了霍建国会长做的关于2007年度工作总结和2008年工作思路的报告，讨论了关于加强商会建设、拓展服务功能等议题。
On 27 Dec 2007, the 1st session of CFNA 5th Standing Executive Council was held in Beijing. A total of 41 standing members and representatives of standing executive council unit attended the meeting. A report from President Huo Jianguo on work summary 2007 and work ideas 2008 was reviewed. Some topics on strengthening CFNA development and expanding service functions were discussed.
