摘要
离子色谱法测定了矿物药雄黄、雌黄在盐酸配制的人工胃液中可溶性砷(Ⅲ)和砷(Ⅴ)。对淋洗液的组成及流速进行了选择。以流速为1.0 mL/min的 3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3淋洗液在YSC-4A阴离子交换柱上分离,YS-Z柱抑制,HLC-601离子色谱仪电导检知器检测。方法的最小检测限为 70 μg/L;回收率为 96%~107%,相对标准偏差为 4.7%。该方法具有灵敏、准确、快速简便等优点。
The determination of soluble As(Ⅲ) and As (Ⅴ) from mineral medicines realgar and orpiment in artificial gastric juice by ion chromatography is described. Optimum eluent composition and flow rate were chosen. A 3. 5 mmol/L sodium carbonate solution with a flow rate 1. 0 mL/min is used as the eluent. An anion-exchange column, a suupressing col- umn and a conducitivity detector are included in the ion chromatography. The detection limit of the method is 70 μg/L. The recovery is 96%- 107%. The relative standard deviation is less than 4. 7%. The proposed method is sensitive, accurate and quick.
