摘要
报道了一种测定烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)的毛细管电泳电化学检测方法。采用 30 cm × 25μm的石英毛细管分离 NADH与脲酸,以微型碳糊电极测定经分离后的NADH的含量。在 pH 7.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,标准工作曲线的范围为 1.0~100μ mol/L;最低检测浓度为 0.60 μmol/L(S/N=3.0)。
A method for the determination of reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinu- cleotide (NADH) using capillary zone electrophoresis with amperometric detection is de- scribed. NADH and uric acid were separated in a 30 cm ?5 μm I. D. quartz capillary with phosphate buffer (pH 7. 5). Electrochemical detection was carried out with a small carbon paste electrode at the working voltage of +0. 85 V(vs. SCE). The detection limit (S/N=3) was 0. 60 μmol/L and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 1. 0-100 μmol/L.
