湖南农民工市民化意愿倾向分析及对策选择

Analysis on Desire Tendency of Migrant Workers' Citizenization in Hunan Province and its Countermeasures

发展理论及国际经验表明,实现绝大多数的农民工市民化是解决农民工问题的最终出路。文章通过实证分析湖南部分农民工市民化意愿倾向,深入挖掘影响农民工市民化意愿倾向的关键因素,提出了转变政府管理方式、创新政策制度、加强农民工教育培训、促进农民工稳步增收等对策措施。

Development theory and international experiences showed that it is the ultimate way to resolve the problems of migrant workers through the citizenization of most of them. This paper made an empirical analyses on the desire tendency of citizenization of migrant workers in Hunan, probed into the key factors that affects the desire tendency of migrant workers＇ citizenization of Hunan provicne, put forward some countermeasures such as changing the management style of government, bringing innovation in policy system, strengthening education and training of migrant workers and promoting steady increase in earnings of migrant workers, etc.
