关于土地征收及补偿制度的若干思考

Reflections on Land Acquisition System and Land Acquisition Compensation System

近年来,农村土地被大量占用,由此引发的征地纠纷和违法占用土地问题及失地农民的生活问题,成为社会关注和学术界讨论的热点。本文分析了我国农民失地的根本原因,反思了土地征收制度的缺陷,提出了完善我国土地征收补偿制度的建议。

In recent years, land in the countryside is largely occupied, which has led to the dispute and illegal occupied land, even the living problem of farmers who have lost land. This paper analyzed the reasons why farmers have lost land, reflected the defects of land acquisition system and finally put for- ward some suggestions on how to perfect the land acquisition system of China.
