摘要
激励是一项管理的基本职能和重要手段,在我国高校教学及科研管理中普遍使用。高校科研人员激励机制的建立是更好地利用和开发人力资源,是通过管理取得的成果和效益的一种必要和有效的途径。文章通过分析我国高校科研人员激励机制的现状,提出了建立科学合理公平的激励机制,提高科研人员的积极性的措施。
The incentive is a basic function and the important method in management, which is widely used in teaching of the universities and scientific research in China. The building of the incentive mechanism for scientific researchers of the universities is a necessary and effective way of using and developing human resources well, also it is the effective way to achieve the benefit. Based on the analysis of current conditions of the incentive mechanism of scientific researchers in the universities, this paper put forward some countermeasures of building scientific, reasonable and fair incentive mechanism so as to improve the enthusiasm of scientific researchers.
