随着我国普通高校招生规划的扩大,相应而来的经费不足矛盾也日益突出,高校负债规模愈来愈大,学校发展面临着严峻的考验。因此,高校应改变单一依靠政府解决经费不足的思想,广泛发动社会捐赠,建立与企业的长远合作,获得企业的经费支持,互惠互利,才能更好地缓解高校发展的障碍,冲破瓶颈束缚。

With the expansion of the scale of recruiting students of the colleges and universities, the lack of funds has become a serious problem. Getting into debt has become the common phenomenon for most colleges and universities. The way to expand the financing channels for China＇s universities is to cooperate with companies, get social donation and establish relevant management for the programs invested by the companies.
