摘要
对我国仲裁举证制度目前的研究并不是很多,但结合与各个国家和地区的仲裁举证制度的比较,对现行法规进行分析,可以发现许多举证制度中存在的问题。如何解决这些问题,对我国仲裁举证制度的发展相当重要。
Nowadays, there are not so much study on arbitration proof system of China, but many problems in the proof system can be found with the combination of comparison of arbitration proof system among different countries and the analysis of the current laws and regulations. Therefore, how to solve these problems is quite important for the development of China＇s arbitration proof system.
