摘要
新教师职业适应不良问题给教师教育机构带来了极大的负担、给学校日常工作带来了诸多困难,给中小学学生的发展造成了极为不利的影响,反映出我国职前教师教育的低效和低质。本文分析了新教师职业适应不良问题产生的原因:理想与现实的落差、理论与实践的沟壑、行为与观念的背离、教育价值感与幸福感的缺失,并从这四个方面来思考职前教师教育课程的问题与变革,以实现所培养的教师在校学习与毕业上岗的‘零过渡’。
Professional maladaptation of many new teachers burden teacher education institutions and bring many difficulties to the daily life of school, and most of aU, it has ill influences on the development of Pupils and Middle School Students, which reflect the inefficiency and low quality of pre-service teacher education. This article analyzes the reason of new teachers' professional maladaptation from four aspects: the difference between ideal and reality; the gap between theory and practice; the deviation of behavior from concept; the absence of sense of education value and happiness, and suggest that reforming pre-service teacher education curriculum accordingly to help teacher adapt to their new life once they graduate from school and come into office.
