论促进与保护消费知情权的教育策略

摘要 随着社会经济和教育不断发展,教育市场逐步形成。市场不完全竞争状态致使供给和需求双方获取信息往往不对称,消费者成为“灰色信息”的局外人,我国教育市场发展现状要求促进和保护教育消费者的知情权。确保受教育者充分享有教育服务消费知情权,有利于增强教育服务的法制化、民主化,完善教育市场的和谐、高效运行,提高教育服务的效率和质量。 With the sustain development of society, economy and education itself in China, the education market has being formed gradually. In the vast majority case, the market is in incomplete condition, the supply and demand both parties usually obtain dissymmetry information, thus, the consumers are the outsider of "gray information". The present development of education market in China demands to promote and protect the right to know about education consumers. The insurance about education consumers well possessing the right to know of education service can strengthen the legalization and democratization of education service, improve education market operate harmoniously and efficiently, and correspondingly raise the efficiency and quality of education service.
