32例良性牙骨质母细胞瘤临床分析

Clinical study of benign cementoblastoma (A report of 32 cases )

作者讨论了32例良性牙骨质母细胞瘤的发病特征，X线特征及治疗方法。该肿瘤比以往所认为的要较常见，主要发生在颌骨的后牙区，最常见的症状是疼痛及膨胀。X线特征是：肿瘤与牙根和根周膜关系密切；肿瘤中央区均为高密度，周围均围以狭窄低密度影；肿瘤以单团、高密度不均匀影像多见。采用局部刮除肿瘤并拔除受累牙的治疗方式，能达到治愈目的。

This paper reported 32 cases of benign cementoblastoma and studied both clini-cal and radiographic features and also discussed their treatment. It was found that cemento-blastoma was occurred more often than it was being described at past. The main site of tumorinvolvement is retromolar area of the jaw with common symptom of pain and swelling. In scia-gram, the mass was more linked with teeths roots and periodontium,There is compact radi-olucency in peripheral part. The tumor's image was seen often as a single, lower radiolucencyarea. We suggest a regime of curettage and tooth extraction to get a good therapeutic result.
