摘要 根癌农杆菌介导的丝状真菌遗传转化体系,是当前研究真菌基因组学的有力工具,广泛运用于真菌随机插入突变体库的构建和基因打靶。概述了根癌农杆菌介导的丝菌转化的大致过程,转化效率的影响因素。 Agrobacterium tumefaciensis-mediated transformation(AtMT) become a important tool for functional genomics in fungi.In combination with the advantage of AtMT,this method is applied in random insertion mutagenesis and targeted mutagenesis in filamentous fungi.In this article,we summarized the process of the Agrobacterium tumefaciensis-mediated fungal transformation and the factors influencing AtMT efficiency in filamentous fungi.
