江苏省产业结构发展与环境质量的关系研究

Study on Industrial Structure Development and Environment Quality in Jiangsu Province

经济的高速发展不可避免地带来生态破坏和环境污染。本文以江苏省为例,分别从产业结构与环境质量的关系、消费结构与环境质量的关系和重点污染物排放的行业特征三方面分析江苏省产业结构发展对环境质量的影响,并提出政策建议。作者认为,工业仍是江苏省环境污染的主要来源,第一产业和居民消费结构的变动对环境的破坏呈上升趋势;在污染物排放中,工业污染的比重较为稳定,生活污染的比重在逐渐加大;另外,重点污染物排放具有明显的行业特征和规律。

Inevitably, the economy developed at high-speed brings ecology destroy and environment pollution. This paper analyze the relation of the industrial structure development and environment pollution, consumption structure and the environment pollution, and the industrial feature of the contamination. The conclusion indicate that industry is the main source of the pollution, and the change of agriculture and consumption structure has the more destroy to the environment; Moreover, the percentage of industry pollution in the total pollution is steady, but the percentage of live pollution is rise ; besides, the contamination has the industrial feature.
