中心定量视野检查对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的诊疗价值

Value of Diagnosis and Treatment with the Central Quantity Visual Field Examination in Cenyral Ser-ous Chorioretinopathy

目的：探讨中心定量视野检查对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的诊疗价值。方法：采用ＴＢＣ中心视野分析仪对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的６２眼进行治疗前后追踪检查；对治疗后眼前仍有黑影的２４眼进行了分析。结果：ＴＢＣ中心视野仪能定量检查黄斑区视功能损害的广度和深度，视野改变与眼底病变和中心视力损害相一致，但也有中心视力正常而视野已存在严重缺损的分析现象。结论：中心定量视野检查对视功能的评测优于中心视力检查，并能提供丰富的数据信息。

Objective: To incestigate the value of diagnosis and treatment with the central guantity visual field examination in central serous chorioretinopthy.Methods:Following up examination of before and after treatment in central serous chorioretinopthy(62 eyes) was made with the TBC Computerized central visual field analyser, and those stiu with blackout symptoms present after the treatment(24 eyes) were analysed.Results:The TBC Computerixed central visual field analyser can be used to quantitatively examine vision function of macual damage scope and depth. In general,the visual field change agreed with fundus,but there were cases that the presence of normal vision existed with serious visual field damage.Conclusion:The central quantity visual field examination is superior to the central vision examination in assessment of vision function,and it abundant statistical provides data.
