摘要 目的探讨CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术的应用价值。方法对39例患者行CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检术,活检结果与手术病理结果或临床随访情况进行对照,进行回顾性分析。结果39例患者共45个病灶行穿刺活检,其中肺癌22例,结核8例,淋巴瘤2例,侵袭性胸腺瘤2例,5例为炎性肉芽肿,3例出现并发症为气胸。结论CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术是安全、准确、有效的检查方法。 Objective To explore the clinical application of CT - guided percutaneous puncture Biopsy of pulmonary masses. Methods The result of the 39 cases of pulmonary masses that were performed CT - guided Percutaneous Puncture Biopsy wcre reviewed and contrasted with the result after pathology or the result after being clinically proved in order to further carry out the reflective analysis. Results There were 45 cases of masses out of the 39 patients, of which 22 eases were pulmonary carcinoma, g cases tu- berculosis, 2 cases malignant lymphoma, 2 cases aggressive thymoma and 5 cases imflammation granuloma with pneumothorax as the the complication of the operation. Conclusions CT - guided percutaneous puncture is a technique of security, accurary and efficiency.
