摘要
目的：探讨十堰地区斯氏狸殖吸虫病的分布及影响流行的因素。方法：结合地理环境因素对市区、各县（市）肺吸虫的中间宿主、动物及人群感染调查。结果：肺吸虫在本地区分布广泛，斯氏肺吸虫的保虫宿主可能为中、小型动物，猫在流行病学上有一定的意义。结论：斯氏狸殖吸虫是本区域唯一寄生人体的肺吸虫虫种，会较长时期存在并能继续保持流行。
objective:To investgate the effect factors of epidemic and distributed paragonimiasis in Shiyan region.Methods:The survey,made on the intermediate host,animals and the infected group of people in the region and counties around.Results:Paragonimiasis are distributed all over the region.Its host can be separated into median small animals.Cats Play a rule in epidemiology.Conclusion: Pagumognimus skrjabini is the only species of parasite hosted in human being.It Can last a long Period and continue to spread.
