当代文化地产消费的后现代转向——以深圳第五园为例

The Post Modernism Turning of Modern Cultural Tenement Consumption--Taking Shenzhen No.5 Garden foe Example

本世纪初，由于中国社会结构面临转型以及消费文化的冲击，使得中国文化地产领域呈现出极端的丰富性与复杂性。笔者因此提出了文化地产消费的后现代转向观点，试图来解释当前文化地产发生、发展中的诸多现象。本文从建筑体验方式以及建筑设计手法的角度结合第五园的实例证实了文化地产的后现代化转向的诸多表现，并在结语表示了后现代文化可能对建筑文化生态性破坏的担忧。

In the early of this century, based on the immense change in Chinese social structure and the vast impact in the consumption culture, the real estate of culture in China reflects abundance and complexity extremely. Thereby I intend to explain the contemporary phenomenon in the origin and growth of this culture, referring to the view in the postmodern turn of consumption of real estate of culture. This paper tries to confirm such apparent turn within the architectural experience and approaches, and expresses the personal worry about the cultural ecological destruction in the postmodern society.
