摘要
本文结合国内外医学期刊临床论著中统计学应用状部分析,对《医学统计学》教材内容的改革提出了以下几点设想:1.教材内容应以基本统计方法为核心,加强统计描述和参数区间估计方面的内容;2.增加统计方法的比较与选择,临床论著中统计学报告与评阅准则章节;3.突出统计学思维逻辑,基本原理,概念与方法的介绍,驾驶以问题为中心的“综合案例”的编写。
Uniting the present situation of applying statistics in clinical treatises of medical periodical, this paper put forward several suggestions. First, to take the basic statistical method as core and increase the contents about statistical description and parameter interval estimation. Second, to increase some contents about the comparation and selection of statistical methods, the statistical report and the evaluation norm of it in clinical treatises. Third, to stick out introducing the statistical logic thinking,basic principles, basic concepts and basic methods, and strengthen the compiling of problem-based comprehensive case.
