摘要
男幼儿教师走进传统以女性教师群体为主的幼儿园,必然面临各种困境。其寻求自我发展之路更为严峻与艰辛。本研究基于对一名男幼儿教师的深度访谈,针对其专业发展中的种种困境,提出了男幼儿教师自我专业发展的两个重要途径,即自我反思与关键事件决策。
Male preschool teachers encounter a varieties of predicaments when they enter into the kindergarten where female teachers traditionally oriented, so their path to professional development is severe and perplexed. Via a deep interview with a male preschool teacher, this paper puts forward two most important channels for male preschool teachers' professional development, that is self-ponder and correct decisions on critical incidents.
