摘要
混龄教育对幼儿身心和谐发展,特别是情感学习有其独特价值。在当前独生子女政策下,在我国幼儿园推行混龄教育更有其重要的现实意义。然而,家长的不理解与专家理论支持的缺乏、评价标准的偏差与经费的短缺及我国幼教师资水平偏低与师幼比过高的现实都不利于混龄教育模式在我国的开展。努力转变家长观念、提高教师专业素养、开展实证研究、建设相关课程资源、进行本土化工作等策略将有利于推动混龄教育模式在我国的实践。
Mixed year education has special values for'children's development, especially emotions learning and those who are the only child in their families. But it's not easy to take the for their education into practice because of parents' misunderstanding and teachers' low quality and the high rate between teachers and children and the lack of enough funds for education reform. Kindergartens should be hard to improve parents' understanding and teachers' quality and construct relative curriculum resources and do experiments and researches on it to realize its population in China.
