南京军区南京总医院在医院管理实践中，实施科技创新战略，通过创新机制推进科技创新；通过教学创新，抓学科建设和人才培养，通过科研与教学进一步提高医疗水平，实现医教研协调发展，有力地促进了医院又好又快地发展。作者认为医院要发展必须依靠科技创新，科技创新和教学、医疗紧密结合是实现现代化医院快速稳步发展的重要途径。

In the management practice, the Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command implements the strategy of scientific and technological innovation, promotes scientific and technological innovation through innovation mechanisms, enhances subject construction and personnel training through innovation on teaching, improves the level of medical care through scientific research and teaching, achieves coordinated development of medical care, education and research, and effectively promotes sound and rapid development of the hospital. The authors conclude that hospital development should depend on scientific and technological innovation, and the close integration of scientific and technological innovation, teaching, as well as medical care is important for modern hospital to achieve rapid and steady development.
