摘要
通过分析2003年至2006年我院后勤服务质量评分与公众满意度,及医院业务量和业务收入,水、电消耗等资料,评价全方位后勤社会化服务质量监督与管理的效果。结果表明,医院后勤服务质量和公众满意度不断提高,医院后勤服务的投入与产出效益增加,每业务量的水电消耗下降,医院对后勤监督与管理措施得力,保证了社会化以后后勤服务质量。
In order to evaluate the supervision and management of service quality following comprehensive logistics socialization in hospital, the authors analyze the data of logistic service quality score, public satisfaction, business volume and income, water and electricity consumption of the hospital between 2003 and 2006. Results show that the logistic service quality and public satisfaction improve constantly, the input-output efficiency of logistic service increases, and water and electricity consumption per business volume decreases. Therefore, the measures are effective for the supervision and management of logistics, which can guarantee the quality of service following logistics socialization.
