摘要
利用数值模拟的方法建立模型来分析高真空多层绝热气瓶容器的漏热量,与理论计算相比,能更精确分析颈管传热包括颈管导热和气体换热所占的份额及液体充满率对颈管传热的影响。模型中还考虑了不规则内筒壁的导热和容器气相空间的传热,并且模拟结果与通过试验测试不同液位高度时绝热气瓶的漏热量吻合良好。
This paper analyses the heat loss of high vacuum multilayer cylinder through the model based in means of numerical simulation. Compares with the theoretical calculate, the method of numerical simulation can more accurately analysis the heat transfer of neck tube, including the heat conduction and gas heat transfer, and the effect of fraction of liquid volume on the heat transfer of neck tube. The heat conduction of irregular inner cylinder wall and heat transfer in gas space is in consideration in modal. The simulation result of heat loss is consistent with experiment testing.
