聚乙二醇对碳酸钙晶体生长影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 选用聚乙二醇(PEG)作为碳酸钙晶体生长的修饰剂,考察不同分子量的聚乙二醇对碳酸钙晶型和形貌的调控作用.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对所得晶体进行表征,结果表明:PEG6000、PEG10000以及PEG20000均对碳酸钙晶体的形貌产生了影响,并且低分子量的PEG6000有利于不稳定的球霰石相的生成. Calcium Carbonate has been precipitated from aqueous solution containing different molecular weight of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG). The precipitations were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR ) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results demonstrated that PEG has profound influence on the nucleation and growth of CaCO3. Under condition of high molecular weight of PEG, it favored the formation of calcite, while PEG with low molecular weight promoted vaterite formation.
