首先从理论的角度阐述了物流企业的基本内涵,重点分析了我国物流企业发展的现状和传统物流企业生存的竞争弱势,剖析了我国传统物流企业向现代物流企业转型过程的条件及制约因素,提出了解决我国传统物流企业向现代物流企业转型的建议和对策。
The paper describes the basic connotation of logistics enterprises, analyzes the current situation of logistics enterprises, discusses the conditions and restraint factors in the process of transformation of China traditional logistics enterprises to modem logistics enterprises and presents some suggestions and countermeasures for the transformation.
