摘要
卫星搭载处理杂交水稻恢复系品种R207、R198的干种子,当代几种主要农艺性状,特别是后期的性状主要为损伤效应,绝大多数的差异达到极显著水平,处理二代出现丰富的变异类型,总的变异频率及优良单株入选率均有明显的提高。并对其两种处理的杂交组合的F1代进行了比较。
The mutagenic effects of dry seeds of rice restoring lines R198 and R207 carried by recoverable satellite were studied. The result showed that the damage effects in the first generation appeared, and most of characters varied significantly. There were extremely abundant variation types existed in the second generation. The number of variation types, variation frequency and selected rate of good single plant improved evidently. Moreover, the F1 generations of seeds carried by recoverable satellite and irradiated with γ- ray were compared.
