摘要
为了探明农业技术措施对土壤生物学特征的影响,为制定合理的耕作制度,保障土壤的可持续性利用提供依据,进行了一次性全层施肥法对双季稻土壤微生物的影响研究。结果表明,施肥技术没有引起土壤微生物的变化,土壤中几类微生物的数量变化主要受水稻生育期的影响。
In order to provide scientific proof for reasonable cultivation system, the effects of the whole plough layer basal fertilization technique on the microoganisms in paddy soil were studied, The results showed that fertilization technology had no signficent effect on soil microorganisms, and the quantities of some kinds of mierooraganisms were mainly affected by the growth stages in rice.
