摘要 研究基于32位微控制器S3C4510B的嵌入式煤矿瓦斯数据图形实时显示及联网监控系统,且移植了具有一定实时性的、源代码公开的嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,在其显示屏上显示工艺流程模拟图、各种监测数据动态图形、柱状图、实时曲线、历史曲线、动态图形,同时还配有触摸屏TSP。该系统具有低功耗、低成本、易于维护和体积小等特点。与监控PC机相比,该系统极大地提高了监控的可靠性和实时性。 The embedded real-time coalmine gas data graphic display and networked monitoring system based on 32-bit micro-controller S3C4510B is studied. In this system, the embedded operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ with determinate real-time performance and open source code has been transplanted. On the screen, the mimic diagrams of technological process, various dynamic graphics of detected data, bar charts, realtime curves and historical curves can be shown, as well as the touch screen panel (TSP) is also provided. The system features low power consumption,low cost,easy maintenance and small cubage. Compared with the PC for monitoring, the reliability and real-time property of this system is greatly improved.
