MOTSA MRA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨薄块多层重叠采集(MultipleOverLappingThinSlabAcpuisition,MOTSA)技术MHA对颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值及其限度。材料和方法:使用经MRI和DSA检查论断明确的颅内动脉瘤9例进行MOTSAMRA检查,比较分析MRI、DSA、MOTSAMRA诊断颅内动脉瘤的影像学特征性表现及其诊断价值。结果:MOTSAMRA能清楚地显示颅内动脉瘤的位置。形态、类型、大小、瘤颈以及瘤内血液循环。9例颅内动脉瘤,MOTSAMRA诊断明确者7例,阳性率77.78%。结合3D原始资料与MRI成像,则有8例可明确诊断,阳性率88.89%,检出最小的动脉瘤瘤径为3mm。结论:MOTSAMRA有着MRI、DSA不可替代的临床应用价值,可作为3DTOF法MRA检查颅内动脉瘤的常规检查方法。 The purpose of our study is to evaluae the clinical efficacy of MR angiography with multipleoverlapping thin slab acquisition (MOTSA) in the detection of intracranial aneurysms. Materials andMetods: 9 patients of intrarranial aneurysms were ewined with MRI, DSA and MOTSA MR angiogiraphy. Each exam was evaluated for image quality and diagnostic arcuracy. Results: 8 cases were detected with MOTSA MR angiography. On the basis of multiple criteria, MOTSA MR angiography is wellcorrelated in the location, the norphology, the size of aneurysms, and the parent artery, the meck anddome of aneurysms. Conclusion: MOTSA MR angiography is of great use technique to diagnose the intracranial aneurysms, and MOTSA can be uesd as an alternative MR angiograpPhy technique in the examination of intracranial aneurysms.
