摘要
平衡计分卡在国际保险业的应用十分广泛,以中国平安山东地区为例,结合实际情况从财务、客户、内部业务、学习与成长等四个层面设计适当的评价指标,并通过综合使用层次分析法进行赋权,优化了平衡计分卡绩效模型指标,为下一步进行绩效评价奠定了基础。
The Balanced Scoredcard （BSC）performance measurement was widely used in international insurance industry. With the example of a insurance corporation in Jiangsu province, in this paper, the weight was given with four different perspectives-finanial, customer, internal business, innovation and leafing by way of AHP and main omposition analysis, thus the BSC was optimized. It laid the foundation for the further performance measurement study.
