液压系统半实物仿真通信过程实施

摘要 针对液压系统半实物仿真过程中控制模型、数学模型以及实物模型中的指令和数据传输要求,对仿真机和实物控制平台之间的通信内容、通信方式以及同步过程进行分析和定义,并在此基础上开发通信模型。通过半实物仿真平台的实际运行表明,本模型能有效的实现液压系统半实物仿真过程中的指令和数据通信,并保证内外环控制系统的正常工作。 Focusing on the data transport requirement of the mathematical model and physical model during the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of hydraulic system, an analysis on the communication process and the communication mode was made between the simulator and the object control platform, and the communication model for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of the hydraulic system on the foundation of the analysis was defined. According to the imitative practice of the communication protocol, the communication protocol could realize the data communication process validly during the hardware-in-the-loop simulation.
