The formation of the Neo-Confucian terms in Song Dynasty was the result of the interaction among many social thoughts.During the course of its creation,Cheng-hao and Cheng-yi’s thoughts and personality played key roles;Zhu-xi improved it with his erudition and precise reasoning.The Neo-Confucian discourse in Song Dynasty became more affluent and perfect with the interaction of different thoughts;it changed with the subject of era and model of thoughts."Ding-xing" was an important topic,which was related to so many key terms discussing the formation,development and diversion of the Neo-Confucian discourse in Song Dynasty,which was important to study its early history.
