摘要
基于模型的系统组态对于完成由多个厂商智能电子设备(IED)组成的IEC61850变电站自动化系统来说是至关重要的。通过分析IEC61850系统组态过程和配置描述语言SCL文件结构,并结合一个多厂商装置互联的变电所自动化系统的系统组态过程中遇到的问题,提出IEC61850系统组态分三个阶段走的设想。笔者认为经过IEC61850工程实施组织和各家厂商的共同努力后,IEC61850工程系统组态完全可以按第二阶段方案实现。
System configuration based on models are important for an IEC61850 substation automation system which is made up of equipments from more than one manufacturer. The system configuration process of IEC61850 substation and the file structure described by substation configuration description language are analyzed. A three-stage implementation plan for IEC61850 system configuration process is suggested based on the problems encountered during system configuration of a substation automation system which is made up of equipments from more than one manufacturer. It is believed that the system configuration of IEC61850 projects could be realized according to the plan of second stage with the endeavor by the IEC61850 implementation organization and manufacturers.
