蜂胶黄酮清除自由基作用的研究 被引量:11

Study on Activity of Scavenging Free Radicals from Propolis Flavonoids

摘要 陕西科技大学生命科学与工程学院(西安710021)摘要采用乙醇回流提取法提取蜂胶黄酮。并用乙酸乙酯对乙醇提取物进行精制。通过邻苯三酚自氧化法,邻二氮菲—Fe2+法和DPPH法评价其清除自由基的能力。并比较了蜂胶黄酮与VC、银杏黄酮等自由基清除剂的作用效果。研究结果表明:蜂胶黄酮有较强的自由基清除能力。 Ethanol was used to extract Flavonoids from propolis ,and ethyl acetate was used to refine the ethanolic extracts of propolis ,In this dissertation, the antioxidant activity of Flavonoids of propolis was studied in vitro using three models of antioxidant on superoxide anion free radicals( 0~ ), hydroxyl free radicals (.OH), and DPPH. free radicals. The antioxidant activity of Flavonoids of propolis was also compared with VC and Flavonoids of gingko .The result showed that the Flavonoids of propolis has relative higher ability in scavenging free radicals.
